Certified Restoration and Construction Inc. v. Palmer (2009)

$278,000 jury verdict for emergency services restoration company against homeowner who withheld payment claiming work was below standard of care. Published in Jury Verdicts Weekly June 2009.

  • $470,000 for woman injured in head-on collision with truck hauling a boat trailer on Highway 49 initial offer was $15,000 because of insurance coverage dispute.
