Robert D. Collins
Partner
Robert Collins is a Partner of CVM Law Group, LLP. Bob has extensive experience directing and managing real estate litigation, including title insurance and escrow, easements, insurance, construction and probate. He has handled multiple complex industrial, office and retail purchase and sale transactions including setting up ownership and investor structures as well as leasing. Bob has experience representing clients in all aspects of the construction industry. His experience is broad and diverse.
Peter E. von Elten
Partner
Peter von Elten is a Partner of CVM Law Group, LLP. Peter has extensive experience in negotiating and consummating major real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements of business parks and large industrial buildings as well as negotiation of industrial, retail and office leases and development agreements. He has worked on a wide-variety of projects involving commercial and industrial building developments throughout the United States. He has represented clients in all aspects of the construction and development industry including general complex business and corporate litigation matters.
Suzanne A. Mulvihill
Managing Partner
Suzanne Mulvihill, is the Managing Partner of CVM Law Group, LLP. Suzanne focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate, tax, business, securities/finance, and employment matters. She represents various corporations, joint ventures, partnerships and limited liability companies from entity formation, financing and operations. She advises clients on a wide spectrum of tax issues regarding mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and assists with a broad range of business transactions. Suzanne prepares and negotiates executive employment agreements and profit sharing arrangements relating to real property development and ownership, and severance/separation agreements.
Anthony S. Coss
Partner
Anthony Coss is a Partner of CVM Law Group, LLP. He draws on his broad experience to assist client’s real estate matters providing transactional and litigation services. He handles major real estate acquisitions, development, and dispositions including commercial, industrial and retail projects. He assists clients in structuring and documenting the ownership of projects with private and institutional investors. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including office and industrial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, mortgage lending, representing borrowers and handles 1031 exchanges.
Jack S Johal
Of Counsel
Jack Johal, is an of-counsel attorney with CVM Law Group, LLP. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in organization, taxation, business, real estate, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. He handles the documentation and formation, restructuring and dissolution of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Jack has extensive experience in the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts, and charitable trusts. He handles probate matters including formal proceedings, summary administration proceedings, guardianships and conservatorships proceedings; and trust administration proceedings and litigation.
Joseph D. O'Neil

Joseph O’Neil is a litigation attorney with CVM Law Group, LLP. His area of practice includes Unlawful Detainer matters, personal injury and real estate as well as construction defect. He focuses his practice on assisting clients in working effectively and strategically.
